The Best Possible way to earn all the 8 loots is by doing job with low energy in New York, Easy Jobs. The best time is when you get your energy pack. I tried this method and within less than an hour, I received all the 8 loots by doing Mugging Job in New year. Here are the rest of the loots and its stat.
